neutral current on bus bar is higher side

Current in the neutral can range from perfectly OK to indicating a serious problem.

Neutral current on higher side (above normal) is a serious issue. The cause can be found out with additional details. All phase currents, per phase THD. regards,

The Neutral only carries the unbalanced current. Therefore you need to balance the load across the power phases. i.e phase A & B in a single phase application and phases A, B, & C in a three phase application.
