Diversity Factor and Electrical Loads

What is the value of the Diversity Factor we have to consider for calculating the electrical loads of Gated community residential villas/ Apartments.

I don't believe there are any listed factors. Utilities typically have factors they have come to thru experience.

Please obtain a copy of the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) National Electrical Code, NFPA 70, and read Article 210. This will give you explicet guidelines to follow on how to engineer and install the appropriate electrical service and branch circuits. The rest of the code will be helpful to you if you are in the electrical field.

Diversity factors vary with the type of load and off course you need to see through the cristal ball into the future and actual usage to apply the diversity,other wise it can be a disaster.

Refer to IEE regulations table 4B (allowances for diversity) it gives a good guidance
