Hi,

Please refer to IS 3043 Code of practice for earthing which is very much useful for you.

Thanks & Regards,

Any good books for those of us here in the U.S. ? Soares Book on Grounding was recommended to me previously - any thoughts on that one? I bought it but am just now begining to go through it.

Dear Raj Kumar,

After being absent from the country for about nine months, I opened CR4, found your question attentive. Though it is too late but, I am sure no one has mentioned the proper book which would guide you to design earthling system to the plant. In my opinion "Electronic System Protection HANDBOOK" written and sold by the company "W J Furse & Co Ltd." England would meet your requirement of designing "earthling system"
