ms screws

01/09/2009 2:41 PM

Is there a catalog or a CD to cross standard screws for MS or NAS Screws? I would like to be able to look up a screw size and get an MS or NAS number for it. Is there any way of doing this? Optofab@aol.com

Hi Optofab - The folks over at the Industrial Fasteners Institute (IFI) trade organization might be able to help you identify a mil-spec or aerospace fastener cross-reference resource: http://www.industrial-fasteners.org/about.html. Much luck. - Larry

You can get the MS/NAS spec # from this site:

http://www.usmilitaryfasteners.com/

and then search/download the spec from this site:

Hello Guest,

It would be better to register with CR4 than to list your email address. Spiders crawl such information, and the result is unwanted email. Plus, you're more likely to get an answer as a registered member of CR4.

Hope you'll join us.
