What is the max impedance value aloud when used with a 100mA rcd time delayed trip on a domestic instalation

Max touch voltage allowed is 50V

so 50V/100ma = 500 Ohms

Max earth electrode resistance is 500 Ohms.

I'd be very unhappy with an earth impedance greater than a few ohms, RCD or not. I strongly suggest you take advice from a local qualified electrician.
