Reinforcement Pad
Generally where can i use Reinforcement Pad instead of tee or weldolet ?

Is there any limitation of pressure/temprature to use Reinforcement Pad....What are all the criteria for it's use....

We prefer to use ready-made fittings for branching of piping systems. But in some cases we can use branch with reinforcing pad especially in piping systems under "not very high pressures nor temperatures", where we can use an integral flanges which are furnished with special nozzle thickness to compensate the need for reinforcing pad. Also, we can use a special piping fittings such as weldolets in making a branch to avoid using of reinforcing pad.

Note. If you apply the design conditions and pipe sizing, we can recommend the proper procedure required to make the proper pipe branch.
