ACS800 tripped due to stallfault

we r using ACS800 for 4 X 11 kW motors, theey all are running parallel. we have triiping from stall fault. what is the main reason.

due to over torque. over power and over current.

what is the application of ACS800? fan or pump? when did the error occur? message on CDP?

motor application for travel drive. 4 nos motor running in parallel.

  • Mechanically? One of the possibilities is that one of them trips on excessive mechanical load, placing that load onto the remaining three, which then trips the rest of them in cascade.
  • Electrically? Wiring. It would not be acceptable practice to run <...4...motors...> from one <...ACS800...> from a motor protection perspective.
