Land Rover Heaters

if ther is eny one out there who has a landrover .of eny type who think the heaters are rubbish. wich they are i have a high cap td2 defender truck cab. i love it i like to be warm not frozen. well hears what you do . take off the heater box. split it apart that will take most of the day its so well made its incredable what you have to do is put. two heater mattrex in the one box it will fit not makeing the box eny bigger. ther is no controlles eny more just hot air when you want it you can get a nother one from paddock motors a slightley smaller one they fit a bit like on the side of one blocking the hole off workes a treat i rivetid aluminium back on to it easyer to work with than steel it is a job but worth it well worth it dont be scared of it ok have fun by by

I too own several Land Rovers, both series trucks and a Defender 90. I have discovered that by cutting the hole in the bulkhead to match the output hole on the heater box works very well. In fact almost too well, gets rather hot in the truck now, I run a 300Tdi by the way.
