hi, i was mean that (25 KVA )grounding network for single phase 220v for building has ten room . with my thanks & respect.

I believe your terminology is incorrect. It sounds like you are wiring a building and want a grounding conductor with the circuits. "Is this correct?

You need to check the local code requirements. You may need only a ground rod and a roll of #12 romex wire with ground.
