It seems that you are a Chemical Engineering student. Now this would not be a homework assignment, would it? CR4 has a rule of not doing homework for students.

It is the point or rate at which it loses or has lost its ability to transfer energy.

In applied thermodynamics it is the exchange or transferrance of energy that occurs between two substances until thermal equilibrium is reached.

Go to School and EARN your knowledge(rather than continue to get by , questioning others to answer for you)Do yourself and the global society a favor: Learn to become a tangible contributor. You will be surprised how people will respond to you, when they know YOU are TRYING YOUR BEST to LEARN /APPLY and CONTRIBUTE.
