most of fasteners using threads to engage parts to be join. you cannot create these threads by using simple workbench, especially when you want a small one (micron scale). you need a high resolution machinery to create these threads. you need a high resolution lathe machine, possibly with numerically controlled system

Along with

Thread Rolling facility

Forge for head, (including dies, punches for the socket)

Heat Treatment

labs - for input material check, Post heat Treatment property check, NDT etc.
