Indramat drive schematics

TDM3.3020-300-W0/W1 schematics desperately needed.

The drive is failing with Bs warning indicating overload or short in the output module.

6DI20b-050 (mentioned in the other thread) was replaced just to make sure. The original tested against the new one, using signature analyzer, tested OK.

The machine kicked in and the operator was able to finish one job, but now we're down to square 1. I'm painstakingly doing reverse engineering now. Have the documentation but a schematic would be a winner.

Could anybody help?, I know it's a long shot, but may be..

Hi, That is common problem with Indramat TDM series. There is two solutions for your problem, driver section or input. I do not know how bad you need that drive. In two days you can have your unit back, repaired and tested. you can contact me for more information on: spookycell@yahoo.com

Hello kaztronics!

I have a similar problem on the module Indramat AC Servo controller TDM 1.2 - 100-300-W1-000/S102. LED light is "BS", and controller not working. Power side is OK. Control PCB in TDM controller based on philips asic PCF0700 and PCF0330.
I can`t find any schematics for the module on the Internet. I saw your post and decided to ask how you coped with the problem? If you have a diagram on the module? If there is a scheme then please send it to m_v_e@mail.ru.

My laser cutting system not workin, customers call me every day((((.
