I keep coming up empty too. The device has been discontinued, but there must be someone out there that has some info on it. I will keep looking, but so far have found nothing.

Your supplier should help, if not, find another supplier QUICK!!

If you only want pin outs & layout of innards you could try looking at other bridge modules. Most of them have roughly the same layout. have a lok at MG30G6EL2 or BSM 50 GD120 for instance. There are others. Hope that helps.

I have found a 6DI02C050 by Fuji but it says it is a power transistor module. Look at www.alldatasheet.com.

www.datacatalog.com was the answer, and I have it bookmarked but didn't check. Relied on mighty google that failed me this time.

Unfortunately the power pack is OK, the trouble is somewhere deeper in the logic and now I need the schematics for the drive. But that's another post crying for help..
