Not a simple thing to do and without specific knowledge of your plant not easy to advise.
Suggest that you contact York and have them review your system. Grew up on R11 and R12 but have not seen them for years.
Remember that you are going from a CFC to a HFC so you need to consider the long term future of your plant. R134a will be banned from motor car aircons from 2011 and totally banned around 2030 or probably earlier.
Also note that you will almost definitely have to change your lubricating oil from the present mineral oil to a polyol ester oil, which is neither cheap nor easy. "O" rings etc may also need to be changed.
You may want to consider looking at one of the blends such as R407 or R404 as these may be more suitable for your system and less difficult as far as oil and seal materials are concerned.
