Exhaust Fan current

02/06/2009 12:09 AM

We are using exhaust fan to exhaust hall gases from the equipment area, and that exhaust fan delivery is connected to Chimney. The Exhaust fan motor is 160 kW and is taking current only 160 A. So the acutal power consumption is quite less then the designed power. I had check the exhaust duct for any choking and that is cmpletely cleaned. Now what are the possible check points that help in using the fan at full design capacity
