Current soure transformer

I am working in an electronic company & manufacturing of

toroidal voltage & current transformers.

We are having the facility of manufaturing toridal core,so i need to disign a 110Amps toroidal current source trasformer for testing of CT's products 100Amps.

Please help me to provide the design details of Current source toroidal tranformer.

Think in terms of 10 amps and 11 primary turns through the toroidal window.

The equipment required is now a much smaller power source and selectable resistive loads. A simple search for a "phantom load" tester should be sufficient to locate the devices.
