Cooling Tower water consumption

I would like to know the formula to calculate the water consumption or water being evaporated in cooling tower with respect to the entering and leaving water temperature, ambient air wet bulb temperature and flow rate. SI unit if possible.

Evap Rate GPM = (water in temp degf-water out temp degf) * Recirc Gpm /1,000
