PLL RF synthesizer

Need some help whit a design of an rf synthesizer. It will be used to mobile digital tv tuner. The basics specs are: freq. range aprox. 300 to 900 (UHF band), step size 6Mhz, i'm not worried with phase noise or time to lock,etc yet. Someone who help me with somes comercial ic's or tips.

lots of pll IC for choice.

but technological is a problem.

even a mm can cause a prblem.

Im afraid you ;d better outsourcing.
