	Sometimes, when I've just finished yelling at someone, I forget to hit the caps lock button and return to lower case. Aside from starting over, is their a way to Convert UPPER CASE to lower case? I have 2000, XP and Vista. Thanks, LL

	There's this nice feature in Microsoft Word that allows you to change the case of a large section of text. It offers choices such as changing the case to Sentence case, lower case, UPPER CASE, Title Case, and tOGGLE cASE (I have no idea when to use toggle case). THE POINT IS THAT IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN TO TURN OFF YOUR CAPS LOCK AND YOU WANT TO FIX THE CASE OF YOUR TEXT WITHOUT DOING IT OVER, YOU CAN SIMPLY COPY THE TEXT YOU WANT TO FIX, PASTE IT INTO MICROSOFT WORD, HIGHLIGHT IT, THEN GO TO FORMAT AT THE TOP MENU, SELECT THE CHANGE CASE OPTION THAT YOU WANT, COPY THE ALTERED TEXT FROM MSWORD BACK INTO THE CR4 TEXT BOX AND ITS FIXED. See converted text below. The point is that if you have forgotten to turn off your caps lock and you want to fix the case of your text without doing it over, you can simply copy the text you want to fix, paste it into microsoft word, highlight it, then go to format at the top menu, select the change case option that you want, copy the altered text from msword back into the cr4 text box and its fixed. I selected "Sentence Case" for my choice to alter the text above. You'll have to go back and fix proper names and acronyms but the rest will be correct. Nice trick right? Here some images to show you where to go in Microsoft Word. After you click on Change Case you get the following menu: Hope that helps. 	Thanks for the info. Roger. I'll let you know if I figure the toggle out. Today was the first time I've ever yelled, at least on CR4. Some jerk wanted to know how to connect his laptop while driving.................... Go figure. LL

	To connect your lap top while driving, simply open the driver's side window, set the laptop on the driver's side miror, and make a sharp right turn. Connection problem solved.....

	After forgetting to turn Caps Lock off, but pressing the shift key in the appropriate places, you may end up with eg: tOGGLE cASE If you now change to Sentence case, you get: Toggle case ... while what you really wanted was: Toggle Case __________________ "Love justice, you who rule the world" - Dante Alighieri

	In that case you shouldn't select "sentence case", you should select "Title Case" and it will give you the desired result.

	Title Case just converts to lower case with initial caps - it doesn't work if you entered: tOGGLE THE cASE ... but wanted: Toggle the Case ... coz you get: Toggle The Case Q.E.D. __________________ "Love justice, you who rule the world" - Dante Alighieri

	Hello LL, Thank you for screwing up! I typed half a page in word the other daybefore realising it was in upper case, and (as I thought) had to retype. So thank you! 	Hi , I would like to recommend this new utility that will assist you when you mix up between languages. You can download and use LangOver for FREE here: http://www.LangOver.com For converting upper to lower cases just hilight the text and click shift+f7.
