	Dose anyone know of a good filesharing site that I can us to upload dwgs./specs. to for my vendors to download. I have been using sendspace, however this site has recently added off-color pop-ups before the download prompt and I don't want to offend anyone. Perhaps there is a way one could use a google/yahoo account and give out a 'guest' username by which vendors could access/download without any pop-ups. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

	http://ifile.it/ is my favorite - free, no need to sign-up, parallel downloads allowed, good size (100 MB), no download limit, simple (only a small captcha if downloading over a certain amount), and relatively fast + *NO PORN!!.* What gets most people is how to download on the supplied page. You must click on the small "Request Download Button" in the top left corner, and then it turns into "Download"

	Use an FTP site, if you want to look professional. No one wants to go to some buggy pop-up ridden, public site to get sensitive information, its just not professional. __________________ Don't believe everything you read on the Internet!

	I've been looking at web based file storage & distribution on and off for a while. My current favorite is the Amazon S3 service. This seems to offer cheap storage which allows you to give others controlled access to particular files. It's been around for a while now & is attracting a number of independently developed add on programmes to enhance it. You can use FTP transfer & only pay for what you upload/download or store. For my particular application I would only expect to pay about $5/month for the service. As it is run by Amazon I would expect it to stay around unlike other sites which seem to appear & disappear. __________________ I didn't have a really important life, but at least it's been funny (Lemmy Kilminster 1945-2015)
