Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Insulation

According to ASTM std C591 ,PIR temprature limits is "-180°C to 150°C" and why is not suitable above ambient temprature?

If the STD said, temprature limits is "-180°C to +150°C", would that help?

I believe that's the intent.
