Wanted: Hydraulic Part for Kochs Model 29

02/24/2009 8:40 PM

I am missing the hydraulic "piston" from a Kochs model 29 wooden barber chair. I took the chair apart 30 years ago, and now cannot find this important part. If anyone know where I might find this, please let me know.

Hello jerryhamm:

Have had no luck on the piston but have found this site which sells barbershop chair parts. You may have to join to log in but it looks well worth it!

Take care and good luck......................

Hi jerryhamm:

If it is only a piston you want, can you put the size and any other detail like sealing rings or bypass valves? It might just be a 'standard' size and/or type which was and is still available? I am assuming it is a metal piece? Not wood?

Take care...............
