Storage Tank Cleaning Process

Dear All,

We have a storage tank ( 30 mt cap ) made of SS. We use it for storing Refind Bleached Deodorised Palm Oil which is being used to make biscuits.

I want to know the proper cleaning method to clean this tank at regular interval. Pl. specify which cleaning material should be used.

Suggested method , material should comply HACCP standards, which pl. note.

Hello Manoj,

In general ,oil surfaces can be cleaned by commercial anionic,non ionic liquid soaps.Ensure about thoruogh plain water wash and proper drying after soap application,contact reaction timing.AMWAY multipurpose cleaner liquid could come closer to your technical and safety standards.If your quantity is more, let me send my speciality utensil cleaner sample for your trial.Send me feed back.
