Looks like you are looking at some form of Refrigeration. Maybe a chiller or something. The unit voltage is what the system is rated to receive. The system has multiple compressor and fan motors. The largest at some percentage (i.e. 125% plus all the other motors) is the basis for circuit sizing. RLA stands for Running Load Amps. LRA stands for Locked Rotor Amps. Both are important for designing the wire and circuit breaker or fusing requirements for the circuit to feed it. Hope this helps.
