MEMS Gyroscope ADIS16060

02/25/2009 11:56 AM

has anyone used or someone working with mems gyro ADIS16060?

i wish to use it but the problem is that its datasheet doesnt mention the scale factor of analog value i.e "what" degree would be equal to "what" volts.

if anybody has used it please indicate me some application notes or detailed datasheet or atleast the scale factor of analog value of adc.

You're right, there are no electrical specs for the Rate output. The full-scale rate is 80º/sec, but analog output span is not given. You need to contact ADI and ask. They need to know. This was obviously overlooked when writing the datasheet.
