I'm a student, looking for the easy way to figure how much concrete for a stem-wall foundation.

The easy way to calculate the volume of concrete in any foundation is length x width x height. Perhaps engineering is not your calling.

Volume or weight?

Volume - Bruce is right.

Weight? Compute the volume in cubic feet and multiply by 145 pcf, unless using lightweight concrete or specialty mix.
