A little less 'pomp' and more circumstance perhaps?

This AGC will give the correction to PLC and PLC give to the Drives and finally motor
Sounds like you're trying to implement Level 1 automation.
There is really no need for you to "reinvent the wheel", so to speak, or crack your head doing something somebody can do better and faster. Neither is it good trying to obtain a solution in a forum from people you haven't met, much less known personally. Like someone said in another thread, "I wouldn't design a safety sling from the info in these forums".
Besides, your question really needs more detail than what you've described.
So if I were in your place, I'd issue a request for proposal to my known AGC vendors. Before doing that, do some research from other steel mills, especially those who've implemented process control automation in all levels, and who are producing more or less the same products you're producing. (I know, this may smell like espionage, but a consultant can do the dirty job for you.) Take special note of the brands and specifications of their process control equipment, because these are the manufacturers you will be contacting for their proposals.
Once you have them, get a team to narrow down your choice to the top 2, and present them to higher management for final approval and procurement.
Make sure their scope includes commissioning, an acceptable test run volume, with a good warranty period, and reliable after-sales service.
Nevertheless, here are some sources for what you're looking for:
This mean you may not clear about my Q. Automation company will only reply those companies are in the filed of manufacturing, other automation can reply. Those company also will not tell directly
