HT Cables and Cable Trays

Could any body tell " why the HT cables are laid at the bottom of the cable trays?????????"

Dear mshankar,

1. the HT cable tray must be separate from LT one.

2. in critical case, if there is no possibility, then, because

a. to aviod from damage, as HT damage is sirious than LT.
