Wall thickness required

1" pipe, 30000psi pressure for in house calibration unit preparation, not straight line. which meterail can be use and how much thickness required based on material, any body can suggest me

Radial stress is pd/2t where p is pressure, d is inside diameter and t is wall thickness.

Axial stress is pd/4t.

The thickness you require depends on the yield strength of the pipe and the safety factor you require. With 1/2" wall, the radial stress is 30,000 psi so you would need a yield strength of 60,000 psi to provide a safety factor of 2.
