Centrifugal Pump - Calculating Capacity and Head

please if i have impeller size .x.x.x in ,rpm ,hp ,volt ,hz and phase how to calculate approximate pump capacity and head

The best way is to not calculate and refer to the pump's operating curve available from the manufacturer.

Not possible. You need to know a lot more about the geometry of the impeller before you can even vaguely start to calculate head and flow.
