I have a tubular high density heater bunch (there are 37 non. heating elements in bunch) and each heater out put terminal of 6.32 mm dia. copper solid rod at both ends and to be connected from DC bus bar (outer sheath is electrical insulated from surrounding water) . these heater rods are to be used for raise the water temprature circulating inside a pipe and heat sink at temp. and pressure of 325 o c and 125 kg/cm2 .

each heater rods to be connected input voltage and current rated for 320 VDC and 640 amps. Total power to be pumped in a heater bunch is approximate 7.2 MW.

Please suggest/ write the suitable scheme with conductor size, type, method of connection and supplier name any Indian / abroad who can meet the above great challenging tasks.
