A torispherical head does, it consists of part of a torus plus part of a sphere (hence its name!) The knuckle radius is the radius of the torus, the crown radius that of the sphere.
An elliptical (correctly semi-ellipsoidal) head has continuously varying radius from minimum at the tan line to maximum at the centre. A hemispherical head has a constant radius.
