WHAT IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SA106B AND A106B MATERIAL?(ASTM-ASME)?

In this case they are identical, except for editorial differences in 8.1, 13.4, & 24.1 and the deletion of ASTM caveat.

If you are designing to an ASME code you must ensure the material is marked with 'SA'
