Start sending emails out to companies that sell the types or size range of pumps you think you are looking at. There will be people jumping all over the opportunity to sell you a pump. They will have their own spreadsheets that will let you plug in some numbers. I am usre with how the economy is they will probably do all the design and sizing for your application for you just to try to get a sale.
