Dioxane chemical solvent

In order to dilute Dry Film Lubricant (Electrofilm 4253) I need Dioxane chemical solvent.Is anybody to know the CAS No and from where i can by this solvent?

1,3-dioxane has CAS 505-22-6 and 1,4-dioxane has CAS 123-91-1. Many chemical companies sell these solvents, SIGMA-Aldrich is an easy one to find.
