Leftovers of installation? or ...

From the looks of them they are the uninstall directories/files, from Microsoft updates. Whenever you get a Microsoft update (patch, security threat removal tool...), it will create these in case your computer has a problem with the update.

Unless you are desperate for hard drive space, I would suggest leaving them alone, and just ignore them.

KW0 is correct. The KBxxxx is the MS knowledge base update. They aren't very big so I would keep them in case you run into problems.
