From the looks of them they are the uninstall directories/files, from Microsoft updates. Whenever you get a Microsoft update (patch, security threat removal tool...), it will create these in case your computer has a problem with the update.
Unless you are desperate for hard drive space, I would suggest leaving them alone, and just ignore them.
