DEARS

PLEASE GUIDE ABOUT THE SOLVENT / CHEMICAL TO CLEAN MY SWITCH YARD EQUIPMENT OF 132/6.3 KV GRID STATION LOCATED IN A CEMENT PLANT ATTACKED BY FINE CLINKER & CEMENT DUST. IT CAUSES HIGH LEVEL LEAKAGE CURRENT THAT IS MONEY GOING IN TO THE EARTH & RISING MY ELECTRICAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION MONTHLY BILL.

  1. Turn off Caps Lock
  2. Eliminate the containment problem. The transformer isn't the only thing that is suffering.
  3. Turn off transformer
  4. Try high-pressure jet water blasting
  5. Let it dry
  6. Turn it on again
