	DEARS PLEASE GUIDE ABOUT THE SOLVENT / CHEMICAL TO CLEAN MY SWITCH YARD EQUIPMENT OF 132/6.3 KV GRID STATION LOCATED IN A CEMENT PLANT ATTACKED BY FINE CLINKER & CEMENT DUST. IT CAUSES HIGH LEVEL LEAKAGE CURRENT THAT IS MONEY GOING IN TO THE EARTH & RISING MY ELECTRICAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION MONTHLY BILL.

	Turn off Caps Lock Eliminate the containment problem. The transformer isn't the only thing that is suffering.
