if you're looking for warez or cracks, I'm sorry, this isn't the place.
usually, software comes with it's own user guide/manual, if not in the help menu.
if I were you, I'd use the more popular or common graphics software rather discreet ones, as you have limited support for such apps. for example, even if you were using (like me) GIMP (it's freeware!), you'd still find a community and lots of resources to help you get along with it. Dr. Halo isn't easy to find in legit sites.
try PaintShopPro, or much better, PhotoShop.
