Assembly Aperture and Flywheel Bushings

I need to know what is the assembly aperture for locking bushing of a flywheel for balancing ?

Unclear: I have no idea of what you are trying to say, or trying to ask. Lack of other replies suggests that no one else understands, either. Can you explain, or ask someone else to translate - preferably, a native speaker of English? Or can you tell us what specific flywheel, why and how it needs to be balanced, etc.?
