Apparently trust doesn't have to be earned. It can be created in a lab.

Sounds like there may be a new cologne coming out called salesman. Personally I think that trust has to be more than just a chemical reaction. I know most of our emotions have a chemical trigger; but I think learned behavior and past experiences have to weigh much heavier than simple biology.

yes, but haven't you ever met someone who you just mistrusted and couldn't explain why? Things like this won't work over the phone. But I would have loved to have this when I was in sales.
