Tan Delta Test on Transformer Oil

Can anyone please help me with the test procedure for testing the Tan Delta of transformer oil. We have an old Baur Dieltest DTL instrument with no maunual and no procedure.

Check this doc out

ASTM D924, Standard Test Method for Dissipation Factor (or Power Factor) and Relative Permittivity (Dielectric Constant) of Electrical Insulating Liquids.
