X-ray & Gamma ray Detector (sensor)

11/13/2006 2:53 PM

I have stock of CsI:Tl + Photodiode based X-ray detectors. These detectors are sensitive to gamma radiation as well. Chip size is 10mmx10mm and scintillator size is 10mmx10mmx5mm. Photo diode is to be used for pulse counting charge injection mode. Output pulse of about 1us decay time. It is possible to get energy spectrum from 40keV to 200keV. Response to high energy gamma up to 2MeV can also be used for personal radiation dosimetry.

Price US$200 each. Minimum order quantity 1 number. Shipping charges US$50.
