Such equipment already exists. Look for inspection equipment suppliers , doesn't have to be in India . Borescope may not be it's proper name , but if you explain your requirements I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.
Usually a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine ) is most capable of doing this inspection. Very accurately and quickly.
There are many manufacturers of great quality CMM machines out there.
You are absolutely right that such kind of measurement can be done on CMM Machine,but my problem is that the hole is having very small diameter (Dia 0.7mm). and there is a chamfer of 0.11-0.26 on this hole and is very important for its function and also this hole is inside a hole of dia 22.0.Thats why i need video measurement kind of instrument.
