Compressor Load Sharing

hi every body

Can any one give me brief idea about compressor load sharing ?

How is it performed from the instrumentation and control side of view?

We have four large compressors (3x3500hp and 1x5000hp) for soot blowing. We use the series 3 plus anti-surge and performance by Compressor Controls Corporation. They operate world wide.
