Melting Point of Scale 6 PPD Chemical

dear all

we have a scale machine for scale 6PPD chemical. room temperature is about 29-30 celsius.

the problem is the powder that are in the filter and duct line is melted. i don't know the reason. so i have to replace the filters twice per month. whats the problem? please tell me a solution!

http://chemicalland21.com/specialtychem/finechem/6PPD.htm states a melting point of 44-45.5degC. So, lower the temperature of the filter and duct line.

The difference is I can elect not to take with me nor turn on my mobile phone.

I do not have that degree of freedom with a surreptitious tag.
