delta connection

"how do identify the star and delta connection with out verifing the name plate in terminal box

The star connection is two links joining three terminals.

The delta connection is three links joining three pairs of terminals.

Sure not a homework ?

Now becoming obsessive maybe .

In-fact lot of motors do not come star or delta connected (6 terminals - to be connected as you like)
