T.C.Inc. is an international engineering and consulting firm dealing in materials preparation for steel making, including the reduction of iron (sponge iron) technologies and subsequent use of sponge iron in steel making.

We would suspect that you will have to agglomerate the fines with added carbon, however the type of agglomeration and mixtures would be determined by analysis of the sponge iron fines and operation of the induction furnace.

Please send to us all relavent information and we will take a look at the possibilities.

T.C.Inc. is the developer and holder of patents in; Shaft Furnace Reduction of Iron, Recovery and Use of Steel Mill Waste, Direct Steelmaking with Iron Fines and Coal, Direct Stainless Steelmaking with as-mined Materials and coal, Agglomeration Technologies for Recovery of and use of fines and coal.
