generator voltage¤t not stable

i have a generator of 1000w 1250kva.when we put load on it its voltage and current are not satble.but on no load these are stable. is it a problem of avr aor any other problem/ plz tell me its remedy as soon as possible

check rpm,your prime mover,if its can carry the load.
