I am not sure an equivalent exist, the nearest equivalent API 5L is not equivalent. Also the ISO 3183-1,2,3 are if i remember are merged into a single ISO 3183-2007.
However you are unlikely to get an exact equivalent as far as my knowledge goes especially it seems to be a critical application.

But only the problem is some of the requirements of the ISO are not met by the API 5L (infact if I remember the API 5L committee was looking to standardise/modify 5L in line with the ISO or like some other API/AGMA/ASME standards merge the 5L with the ISO.
