Yes, but the only technical specification i have is dimmension and drawing

Dear sir

This data is as good as no data for the purpose. Unless the drawing gives (not likely) the technical details of the fan including its characteristics curve.

better go to OEM and ask for the relacement/ spare.

You are in a power plant , can you buy a turbine based on dimensions ? You need a couple of page of data sheet of these. For pump at least it has to be a fraction of that ?

It starts with fluid, flow, head ....
